Definition of the Mobitee Service
The Mobitee website is the preferred provider of Internet downloads and digital content for purchase or rent (where applicable) under certain terms and conditions as set forth in the Agreement. However, we wholly support our vendors and suppliers as a method to download Mobitee. To purchase the app online, you have to chose your cell phone model from the list displayed on the top of the screen.
Note that if you buy the app for a non-listed device, or if this one has been modified (Jailbreak, rom installation...), we disclaim any liability for the eventual failure of the applciation.
Payment security
Mobitee accepts most major credit cards and Paypal.
The prices listed on the Mobitee website are provided in both dollars and Euros. The total cost posted on the website includes taxes.
Mobitee recommends ordering all of our products via credit card to expedite your order; in most cases, your order will be processed within 24 hours. You will receive a confirmation email upon acceptance of the Mobitee order. Use of other methods of payment can result in delays. If we don’t receive bank approval within 28 days we are obligated to cancel your order.
Mobitee uses CIC/Credit Mutuel as our service provider for credit card payments. Your monthly credit card statement will display their name and the transaction information at the completion of your purchase. All payments are transacted via secured and encrypted (SSL) connections. Mobitee reserves the right to modify our prices at any time. Products will be charged on the basis of current price list. Once an order has been placed, there will be no additional charge unless the product is not available until a later date.
Consumer protection
Your personal and confidential information will not be released to any third parties. Mobitee will only use your information for the placement of your order and timely communications from Mobitee. If you use any website other than the Mobitee website for your purchase, we cannot guarantee the vendor’s protection. Check with the vendor for their stipulations and practices. We encourage customers to utilize the Mobitee website to ensure reliability and protection.
The application is copyrighted and is the intellectual property of Mobitee. The Mobitee product is for personal use and is not transferable.
Validation
When you click on the button to ‘Validate’ the purchase, you unconditionally accept the General Conditions of Sale. Data registered by Mobitee after the purchase establishes the validity of the transaction between Mobitee and its customers.
Reception GPS
GPS reception quality is dependent on several factors; equipment quality, battery state, environment, and weather can contribute to a decrease in accuracy.
Golf courses
The golf courses list available in the application is freely available on our website in the "golf courses" screen. Each course gets a status. Our responsability can not be held liable for the unavailability of a course in the application.
Guarantees
Mobitee stands behind their product if the user conforms to standard procedures when downloading the application. Any alteration or misuse of the product will void our ability to assist the customer.
