Please check in your phone settings that location services are enabled for Mobitee. In the app, distances and your position must be highlighted in GREEN color, it means that app knows where you are and can provide very accurate distances.

In case you cannot load the satellite view of the course or get a black screen, make sure to have an internet connection fast and stable. We recommend the WIFI to load satellite views BEFORE starting the round.

- Play and walk to the ball
- Press the red icon and save
- Select the iron/wood you used and save (You can avoid this step from settings screen)
- Play the next shot, walk to the ball, press the red icon, choose the club, save and so on…
Note that you can track short approachs but as the GPS accuracy is not that good for tight length, and as the shot tracking is not used to count strokes, we advise to only use shot tracking for long shots

The app does not show distances from any specific tees. The white dot can be moved anywhere on the screen by pressing it in order to be more accurate with daily tees position. Anyway, when you're on the course, the app will show exact distance from YOU to the GREEN

From the satellite view, press the binoculars button and aim your device around you to get all distances from your position.

The range finder needs to load the GPS and Compass to provide accurate data. This typically takes less than 5 minutes.

Your device does not get a good internet connection. We advise you to load any golf BEFORE coming on the course. For this, The WIFI is the best. You just have to update the list (ex: USA/ FLORIDA) by pressing the GREEN button on the top of the screen and clicking on the course name.
Note that once you arrive on the course details screen, the app will automatically load satellite views within the next minutes.

Go to the list of courses (All, Favorites) and press the top GREEN button to get the latest version of all courses. Then go to the course details, that will automatically update the satellite view.

The iPod Touch does not have a GPS feature. Therefore, the app’s functions will be limited, since you won’t get your distance away from the green.
