Should I buy again the application if I change my phone?
Only if you change the operating system.
Do I must subscribe to use the application?
No, the application at an average price of 19.90 € is not the subject of a subscription. The updates are free.
Which phones are compatible with the application?
Mobitee golf is the only application which is compatible on more than one hundred mobiles. The list of these is shown at the top of the website. If a mobile is not listed, please apply here.
Loading golf courses and satellite views abroad
We recommend you to load everything before leaving the territory to be free of charge to use the foreign network. Using the software on a course abroad costs nothing to the extent you cut your internet connection.
Why my device does not offer satellite view?
Some devices, usually older generation does not offer satellite view. Refer to the description of the mobile available on our website to find out if your phone can claim this feature.
How many courses do you offer?
Over 36,000! And we are adding dozens per day. Please check if your course is available. Otherwise, you can apply for the home page (in the left banner).
My golf course does not get any aerial view
Some areas of the world are poorly covered by the card providers (Google, Bings ...) This is the reason that we display or not the satellite. We can only wait for the update of these areas.Note that some are covered but not up to date or not accurate enough. Each course is considered on a case by case.
My app ask me to pay again!

The app drains my battery and I cannot finish the round
Please disable the 3G, the bluetooth, switch to sleep mode between holes and you must be able to use the app along the 18 holes.
How do I change language?
Go to app settings and change localization. Then, Mobitee will use this new language automatically.
Could I change my Password?
Yes, send an email to our support team contact@mobitee.com with your current password and the one you want to change to, or for IPhone users, directly from My Mobitee/ My account screen.
I have the free version. How much is the full version?
With the free version, you can try our application on the first 5 holes of each course worldwide. The Full version is a onetime fee (around 25 $) for unlimited use of all courses in the world (+36,000).
